The Mentor Circle Program is an initiative of the Ivey Alumni Network (IAN) based in the Greater Toronto Area, West Coast of Canada and the Tristate area. As a participant in this volunteer-driven Program, you are willingly entering into a mentor-mentee and/or peer-to-peer mentoring relationship from which all participants are expected to benefit. The IAN expects this Program to be a value-driven, rich, and rewarding experience focused on the professional and personal development of all participants.
