This independent Company agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between Yakbert, LLC (the “Company”), a Florida limited liability company, and the individual (the “Contractor”) and shall become effective on the Effective Date set forth herein. In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
