This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between: (1) Plaintiff Edgar Alay Chinchilla (“Plaintiff”), individually and in his representative capacity on behalf of the Settlement Class, as defined below, and as a private attorney general on behalf of the State of California; and (2) Defendant RAM Structural Steel, Inc. (“Defendant”). This Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendant collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”1
