This Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Special Education Pupil Transportation Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (“District”) and First Student, Inc. (“Contractor”), is dated as of this day of September, 2024, (“Effective Date”), by and between the District and Contractor. District and Contractor may be referred to in this Amendment singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
