CCVN Internet, including, but not limited to any service features that may be available or provided as part of the service offering customer has elected to receive (e.g., electronic mail, portal components, home networking, etc.), ("Service") is an Internet access service. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") states the terms and conditions under which CCVN and its subsidiaries (collectively “We” or “CCVN”) will provide the Service to a subscriber (“You” or “Customer”). By using the Service, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) as each may be amended from time to time. CCVN REGULARLY UPDATES AND AMENDS THIS AGREEMENT, THE AUP, AND THE CUSTOMER PRIVACY STATEMENT. CUSTOMER SHOULD CONSULT CCVN’S WEBSITE TO BE SURE CUSTOMER REMAINS IN COMPLIANCE.
