This Charter Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into this, the 4th day of April 2022, by and between the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Commission” or “the Authorizer”) and Libertas School of Memphis (the “Applicant(s)”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to operate Libertas School of Memphis (hereinafter referred to as “the Charter School”).
