As a result of local negotiations the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and the Stockton Federation of Teachers agree that the Associate Dean of Professional Studies for Education will write the Dean's level evaluation and that his/her evaluation will, under the current personnel process, go directly to the Provost. Both parties agree that this represents a change only to the personnel process as it applies to the graduate and undergraduate programs in education. It is further agreed that the Dean of Professional Studies will not write a letter of evaluation for faculty in the Education program.
