This Voyager Fleet Card Agreement (together with its addenda, attachments, and schedules shall be hereinafter known as the “VOYAGER AGREEMENT”), by and between SPC, Inc. d/b/a First National Merchant Solutions, a Nebraska Corporation (“SPC”) and MERCHANT shall become effective on the date executed by a duly authorized representative of SPC.
