This Agreement is the entire statement of the terms and conditions of the License and Maintenance Agreement (the “License”) between WKFS and you for the WKFS Electronic Book (“Electronic Book”), superseding all prior commitments, oral or written, between the parties. Modifications or additions to the License will be effective only if WKFS agrees in writing. “You” means the entity purchasing this License.
