This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between, Tritel Communications, Inc. (“Tritel”), a Delaware corporation, having an office at 112 East State Street, Suite B, Ridgeland, Mississippi, 39157, for and on behalf of itself and its affiliated Commercial Mobile Radio Service providers identified in Attachment 6: Tritel Affiliated Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers, and ALLTEL Communications Services Corporation (“ALLTEL”) a Delaware corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, for and on behalf of the affiliated local exchange carriers identified in Attachment 1: ALLTEL Affiliated Local Exchange Carriers (collectively the Parties).
