Duane Buck and Ann Buck (as defined herein, the “Bucks”) individually and on behalf of the Settlement Classes; and American General Life Insurance Company (as defined herein, “AGLIC”). Subject to the approval of the Court and the terms and conditions expressly provided herein, this Settlement Agreement is intended to fully, finally, and forever settle, release, resolve, and dismiss with prejudice all Released Claims against AGLIC.
