The Convention between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income was signed in Manila on July 14, 1982. It entered into force on April 11, 1983, upon the exchange of the relevant instruments of ratification in Bangkok, Thailand on that date. Its provisions on taxes apply on income derived or which accrued beginning January 1, 1983.
