The general purpose of this Collective Agreement is to establish and maintain orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees, to provide means and methods for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Collective Agreement.
