This Agreement sets out in more detail the obligations of the Parties under the data protection law, arising from the order processing that is described in this Agreement and in Appendix A. It applies to all activities that are connected with the service and during which employees of the Contractor or third parties engaged by the Contractor may come into contact with personal data of the Client.
