Plaintiffs Valerie Alberts, Rudolph Breilein, Aviance Contrares, Cyndi Lane and Robin Motola, individually and behalf of the members of the certified class, on the one hand (collectively “Plaintiffs”), and Defendants Aurora Behavioral Health Care, Aurora Las Encinas, LLC and Aurora Charter Oak, LLC (collectively “Defendants” or “Aurora,” and, with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”) on the other hand, by and through their counsel of record, agree to resolve Plaintiffs’ claims and those of the class members, subject to Court approval, according to the terms set forth in this Settlement Agreement.
