The Agreement is made this 21st day of February 2017, by and between Zoll Medical Corporation, of 269 Mill Road, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824-4105 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
