The existing Construction and Maintenance (C & M) Agreement between the City of Los Angeles (City) and the Authority for the 6th St. Viaduct Replacement project provides funding to the Authority to support the construction phase of the project. Staff has been notified by the City that the construction schedule will be extended. The current available support budget is now almost fully expended and approval is requested to execute Amendment No. 2 to the C&M Agreement that will provide additional funding for Authority support services to allow for the extended construction schedule.
