Claimants Edrian Biala, Amber Gleason, and Debbie Trinh (“Claimants”) and Respondent JFrog, Inc. (“JFrog” or “Respondent”) (collectively with Claimants, the “Parties”) hereby enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) to resolve the wage and hour claims of Claimants and class and collective members (as set forth more fully below).
