This COOPERATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT (‘Agreement’) is entered into by and between the SISKIYOU, COUNTY OF (Siskiyou County Sheriff's Department), hereinafter referred to as “Cooperator,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Klamath, Modoc, and Shasta-Trinity National Forests, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of the Cooperative Law Enforcement Act of August 10, 1971, Pub. L. 92-82, 16 U.S.C. 551a.
