This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of July 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between the Crescent District Harbor District (hereinafter referred to as the “District”) and Timothy Brooks Petrick (hereinafter referred to as the “Harbormaster” or the “Employee”). District and Harbormaster/Employee are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
