Some provisions of this agreement may not apply to your particular transaction. This agreement may be modified to a non-exclusive listing agreement or to add, or delete paragraphs so long as such modifications do not conflict with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 76-2401 to 76-2430, the Nebraska Real Estate License Act, and any rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to such act. This document is not intended to convey legal advice.
