This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of Uwharrie Bank’s Mobile Deposit and/or other remote deposit capture services that Uwharrie Bank or its affiliates ( “us”, “we”, “our”, or “Bank”) may provide to you (“you”, “your”, “user”, or “Customer”). Other agreements you have entered into with the Bank, including without limitation the Depository Agreement and Disclosures governing your Bank account, continue to apply. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement you have entered into with the Bank, this Agreement shall govern.
