The following document serves both as CITEC’s proposal to do work with Peru Central School District (hereafter referred to as “Client”) – and the agreement governing the performance of the work in question. CITEC has already executed the agreement. The Client, by executing the agreement and returning the document to CITEC prior to the proposal expiration date, accepts the agreement, its terms and conditions, and engages CITEC to do the work.
