This SOUTHERN UTAH VALLEY POWER SYSTEMS ORGANIZATION AGREEMENT (the “Organization Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this ____ day of ___________________ among PAYSON CITY, SALEM CITY, SPANISH FORK CITY, SPRINGVILLE CITY, and SOUTH UTAH VALLEY ELECTRIC SERVICE DISTRICT (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) pursuant to the provisions of the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-13-1, et seq., as amended (the “Act”).
