This GRANT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on this day of August, 2013, by and between the Town of Amherst (the “Town”), a Massachusetts municipal corporation, acting by and through its Town Manager, having its usual place of business at Amherst Town Hall, 4 Boltwood Avenue, Amherst, MA 01002, and HAP, Inc. (the “Grantee”), a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation, with an address of 322 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01105-2403. Olympia Amherst Limited Partnership (“Tenant”), a Massachusetts limited partnership, having the same address as the Grantee, joins in this Agreement for the purposes set forth herein.
