This Golight, Inc. Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement executed between the parties (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Golight (“Golight”) with principal offices at 37146 Old Highway 17, Culbertson NE 69024 (“Company”), and the Authorized Internet Reseller which has executed this Agreement ("Reseller"). The “Effective Date” is the date on which the Agreement is executed by the Parties. Company and Reseller are each sometimes referred to herein as a "party" or collectively as the "parties."
