This letter agreement sets forth the agreement of Radar Acquisitions Corp. (the "Corporation"), a corporation duly incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada and registered under 20629537, and Johannes Roux, Mak Shee Fu and Paul Gallimore (collectively, the "Vendors"), whereby the Corporation will acquire a 60% common equity interest (the "Purchased Shares") in each of C2E International Ltd., C2E Global Ltd., Huake Bio Polymeric Ltd., Biomass International Holdings Ltd., Environmental Paper Pulp Industries Ltd. and a 55% common equity interest in Keshengte New Energy Science Technology Co. Ltd. (each a "Purchased Company", and collectively, the "Purchased Companies"), subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
