This Equipment Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the date of delivery (“Delivery Date”), and is made between Sonam Technologies, an LLC organized under the laws of Delaware, with offices at 55 East Old Mill Road Lake Forest, IL 60045 (“Owner”), and “Renter”. Owner and Renter are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”.
