This Demonstration Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Applied Systems, Inc. (“APPLIED”), the Applied Client Network (“ACN”), and the ACN chapter (“Chapter”) and/or presenter identified below (“Presenter”). In consideration of their mutual promises herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
