THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Calvin Hardge dba CAL-TEC COMMUNICATIONS, a Florida sole proprietorship, and shall be deemed effective ten business days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Calvin Hardge dba CAL-TEC COMMUNICATIONS or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
