Contract Type FiledApril 6th, 2017The purpose of this document is to define the service levels that Supplier will endeavor to provide for the maintenance and support of the Application that Customer has obtained a subscription to pursuant to the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) between Customer and Supplier or other written agreement between Customer and Supplier governing Customer’s access to and use of the Application (the MSA or other applicable agreement, the “Agreement”) and this document (the “SLA”) is hereby incorporated by reference into the Agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Supplier’s then-current standard form of MSA applicable to the Application.
