This CONTRACT is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and The Raise Foundation, a California non-profit corporation, qualified to transact interstate business in the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” This Contract shall be administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency Director or designee, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
