This Intergovernmental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Board of Trustees of Oregon State University - Cascades (“OSU-C”), Bend Park and Recreation District (“BPRD”), an Oregon special district, and the City of Bend (the “City”), an Oregon municipal corporation. Together, the City, OSU- C and BPRD are referred to as the “Parties” and individually, a “Party.”
