This Avalara Europe Ltd. Services Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is incorporated into the Contract between Avalara Europe Ltd. (“Avalara” or “us” or “our”) and Customer. If a provision of this DPA conflicts with a provision of the Contract, the provision in this DPA governs. Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in this DPA have the meanings provided in the Contract.
