This AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF PUPILS, (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 13th day of December, 2023, (the “Effective Date”) by and between SMITHVILLE R- II SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school District and political subdivision of the state of Missouri with a principal office located at 655 S. Commercial Avenue, Smithville, MO 64089, hereinafter referred to as (“District”), and DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, with its principal office located at 2601 Navistar Drive, Lisle, Illinois 60532, hereinafter referred to as (“Contractor”). District and Contractor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
