This Master Hosting and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the parties to the Order Form as of the Effective Date. By executing an Order Form, the parties agree to be bound by the applicable Order Form, this Agreement and any other separately executed Statements of Work incorporating this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in this Agreement, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows.
