This Publication Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of _____________, 20__, is made by and between the Harvard Data Science Initiative, a part of President and Fellows of Harvard College (“Publisher”), as publisher of the Harvard Data Science Review (the “Journal”), and _______________________ (individually or, if there is more than one author, collectively, “Author”) regarding the article by Author titled: __________________________________________________________. The article, together with any tables, figures, illustrations, visualizations and other material submitted by Author for publication in the Journal, is referred to herein as the “Article.” Author wishes Publisher to publish the Article, and understands that the Publisher is only willing to do so if, among other conditions, Author enters into this Agreement.
