An equipment rental agreement is concluded between the lessor, the equipment owner and the lessee, who agrees to pay rent for the use of the equipment for a specified period of time. Equipment rental can be structured with start and end dates or monthly. Depending on the contract, the tenant may be able to make changes or adjustments to the equipment, as long as it does not affect its value.
