By signing the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney, each of the Client and the Customs Broker agree to be bound by the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney as well as these Standard Trading Conditions attached to the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney and the Kintetsu General Terms and Conditions of Service unless or until a party advises the other party in writing to the contrary subject to the provisions of Section 8 of these Standard Trading Conditions.
