This Standard License Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) governs the licensing of Products and Enterprise Support provided by Exact North America, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a primary business location of 5455 Rings Rd, Suite 100, Dublin, Ohio 43017 ("Exact") (or, in the event that the applicable Order Document is entered into with a different Exact entity or affiliate (an "Affiliate"), then this Agreement is entered into by Exact on behalf of said Affiliate with Exact acting as the Affiliate's Manager) to your company ("Customer"). The terms and conditions under which Customer will license from Exact rights related to selected software programs and related services are set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference into the applicable Order Document.
