THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 1st day of July, in the year 2022, between the COWETA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, an Oklahoma Public Trust with the City of Coweta, Oklahoma as its beneficiary (CITY), hereinafter called the AUTHORITY, and RETAIL ATTRACTIONS, LLC, hereinafter called the CONSULTANT for professional consulting services as more fully described herein in an effort to attract appropriate retail, residential, office, and other ancillary mixed use development to CITY, subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.
