This Master Cloud Agreement (“MCA”) is between RealtimeBoard Inc. dba Miro, or the Miro Affiliate identified in an Order (“Miro”) and the customer identified above (“Customer”) and applies to all Orders entered into with Customer. Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 18 (Definitions) and others are defined contextually in this Agreement.
