AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on October 1, 2019, between the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, located at 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, FL (“City”) and Fundamental Engineering and Construction, Inc., a Florida Profit Corporation, having its principal business office at 8396 West State Rd 84 #D, Davie, FL 33324 (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”, and each may individually be referred to as a “Party”.
