EASEMENT AGREEMENT (“Easement Agreement”), effective as of the latest date of execution by the parties, is made and entered into by and among ORLANDO UTILITIES COMMISSION, a statutory commission organized and existing under the laws of the state of Florida ("OUC"), whose mailing address is 100 West Anderson Street, Orlando, FL 32801, the CITY OF ORLANDO, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the state of Florida (“City”), for the use and benefit of OUC, whose mailing address is 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32802 (OUC and City are collectively referred to herein as “Grantor”), and ORANGE COUNTY, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida ( the “Grantee”), whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1393, Orlando, FL 32802-1393.
