This Amendment to Contract No. 17-28-0001-DRPA, hereinafter referred to as “FifthThird Amendment,” is made and entered into or upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California; hereinafter referred to as “County,” and Waymakers (aka CSP), DUNS No. 126735729, a California non-profit organization, in the State of California with a place of business at 1221 East Dyer Road, Suite 120, Santa Ana, CA 92705-5634, hereinafter referred to as “Subrecipient,” with County and Subrecipient sometimes referred to as “PartyARTY”, or collectively as “PartiesARTIES.”
