This Agreement is hereby entered into by and between Close Up Foundation (“Close Up”) and the lead teacher/coordinator (the “Teacher”) and school (“School”) who has authority and approvals to enter into this Agreement seeking enrollment in a virtual program experience (the “Program”) with students (“Participants”). In consideration for enrollment of Teacher and/or School by Close Up, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of the Program as outlined below:
