The undersigned hereby makes application for water service and in so doing agrees to pay water rates currently established by ordinance, or as they are amended from time to time by City ordinance. In making this application the undersigned agrees to the rules, regulations, tariffs, rates, and ordinances governing KC Water for the service furnished under this application. This application becomes a contract at the time service is established.
