This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by the Lakes Country Association of REALTORS® (“LCAR”), with offices at 22930 Cty. Hwy. 6, #206, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”), the Salespersons affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, if any (collectively the “Salesperson Party”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”).
