For the production of construction equipment for a wide range of applications, Atlas has a fairly regular need for components for said products and is therefore interested in establishing a long-term business relationship with suppliers for Atlas’s component needs. The Supplier is aware that Atlas sells its prod- ucts worldwide and that there are consistently high demands placed on the quality and delivery reliability of the components that are supplied by the Supplier, as well as the Supplier’s compliance with all con- tractual obligations. The Supplier has assessed the needs of Atlas in advance of the conclusion of this Agreement and, under consideration of the technical and commercial aspects, is in a position to meet and cover the needs of Atlas for various components on a long-term basis according to the Supplier’s own assurances.
