COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEENCommunity Workforce Agreement • October 9th, 2020
This Community Workforce Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Antonio Community College District (the “College”), the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (the “Council”), and the signatory Craft Councils and Unions signing this Agreement (hereinafter together with the Council, collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). This Agreement establishes the labor relations guidelines and procedures for the College and for the Contractors and craft employees represented by the Unions and engaged in Project Work. The College, Council and Unions are hereinafter referred to herein, as the context may require, as “Party” or “Parties.”
